Placing Order Online

- Customers must register or login prior in placing order online.
- First time user may register prior check out.

Prices

- All our prices are nett, in Singapore Dollar.

Payment Services

- We only accept credit card payment via Visa/Mastercard or Amex.
- For phone order, prepayment is required.

Delivery Services & Charges

- We deliver Island wide from 10am to 10pm daily.
- Delivery service is available for order >$50.
- Delivery fee will be waived for order >$150 in single transaction.

Self-Collection

- Self-collection is available at Subway stores listed in sub2u.com.
- No minimum order amount for self-collection order.

Bulk Order

- Adhering to Subway fresh baking policy, we may not be able to fulfil bulk order >$500 within short period of time, i.e: deliver within the same day.
- We will contact customer immediately should we foresee any issue in handling short notice bulk order.

Order Confirmation

- Order is confirmed once the credit card payment is verified.
- Customer will receive email confirmation once the order is confirmed.

Order Amendment

- Please contact us via onlineorder@sub2u.com should you need to modify your order, delivery/self-collection timing.
- Order amendment is subjected to time of contact and may not be available if the material/goods were prepared.

Order Cancellation

- All orders placed are final.
- Refund is not applicable once the order is placed.
- Exchange of goods are not available.

Cash Rewards

- Cash rewards is awarded upon completion of order.
- It can be used in subsequent orders to offset the total amount.
- It has a validity of 6 months from the date of issue.
