- How to place an order? 1) Chose from our extensive menu and options.
2) Select self collection or delivery and verify the timing.
3) Click on cart and confirm the items.
4) Login or register an account.
5) Check out and pay via credit card.
6) Wait for delivery/head down to the selected store for self collection.
7) Enjoy your Sub! - Can I modify my order after I've placed it? All orders are final. System doesn't allow change of order after it was placed.

- PAYMENT
- What is the available payment mode? We only accept credit card payment online. COD is not applicable.
- PICK UP & DELIVERY
- Where can i pick up my order? You may choose from the available pick up location at the list. Currently it's available at Subway 100AM, Subway Sim Lim Square and Subway 30 Tuas Bay Drive.
- What is the delivery charges? Minimum order for delivery is $50. We provide free delivery for order >$180. Otherwise it's $25 per delivery.
- How long in advance do i need to place my order? You may request delivery as early as 2 hours after placing order. However, if the amount is big (i.e >$500) or if we couldn't handle due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you immediately.
- REWARDS
- What is cash rebate? You will earn 5% rebate in cash for every order placed. It's saved in your user account and you can use it to offset the amount of your next order at check out page.
- What is the validity of the cash rebate? It's valid within 3 months from the order placement.
- SUBWAY MENU
- Is there a vegetarian option? Yes. There are 3 vegetarian options, Veggie Delite, Veggie Patty & Chapata Chickpeas.
- Is the menu halal? Yes, Subway Singapore is Halal certified.
- How can i know the protein contain of each menu? For your convenient, we added icon of beef, chicken, turkey, fish & vegetarian for each Sub menu. You may filter according to your needs.
